As a result, many photovoltaic power plants are booming, both on the ground and on the roofs of businesses and individuals.  Le Marin, a town in the south of the island, stands out for its exemplary residential solar installation.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"h-un-investissement-couteux-justifie-par-plusieurs-raisons\">A costly investment justified by several reasons<\/h3>\n<p>Yoann Brochier invested \u20ac19,000 in his solar installation, including panels with a capacity of 5.1 kWp and two LiFePo4 batteries with a total capacity of 10 kWh.  This configuration allows it to achieve energy autonomy of 99.8%, according to him.  But why embark on such an expensive project? It benefits from continuous solar power supply, day and night, regardless of weather conditions.
