Jan Jacob Boom-Wichers, Pierre-Emmanuel MARTIN, and Alexandre Israelian discussed the steps necessary to set up and manage these large production infrastructures. They emphasized the importance of strategic planning and capital investment to succeed in this area.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-focus-sur-l-emploi-et-la-formation\" class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\">Focus on Employment and Training<\/h2>\n<p>The session concluded with a debate on employment and training in the photovoltaic sector. Jens Bicking, Christophe Lits and Val\u00e9rie Poplin discussed skills needs and job opportunities. Companies like those run by Christian (contact: christian.pvsolar@gmail.com) focus on the revaluation of end-of-construction solar equipment, contributing to a more sustainable economy.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-opportunites-d-emploi-a-l-ipvf\" class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\">Job Opportunities at IPVF<\/h2>\n<p>The \u00cele-de-France Photovoltaic Institute (IPVF) is currently recruiting for various positions, ranging from team managers to process engineers. Located near Paris, this institute is a leader in technological research in the field of photovoltaics.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-projets-futurs-et-defis\" class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\">Future Projects and Challenges<\/h2>\n<p>Finally, Les Echos recently highlighted an innovative project from IPVF and VOLTEC SOLAR concerning the development of perovskite-silicon tandem cells. This ambitious project aims to achieve a conversion efficiency of 30%, significantly higher than current standards.<\/p>\n<p>The photovoltaic industry continues to grow in Europe thanks to collaborative initiatives and technical innovations.
